Victorian period seven piece oak dining suite constructed from thick cuts of solid oak boasting a well figured grain. The dining chairs with genuine leather slip seats with carved barley twist supports to backrest and legs. The dining table with finely carved edges, rounded corners and raised on finely carved heavy set legs on castors. The table extends by way of the original Joseph Fitter winding mechanism - winder included. The table can seat eight people when extended. Delivered by a two man team. England, circa 1880
